Can we give excuses to Allah?

She was combing her daughters hair. Suddenly her daughter turned to her and  asked her ” mom am i beautiful”. She replied with a soft smile “yes my dear ! you are. But may i know what make you ask this question?”. Daughter replied with a confused tone “nothing much but their is something .

I don’t know why but now a days i feel nice to hear words of praise from everyone “. She smile generously and said” its ok my dear its the demand of your age ,everyone of your age keeps the same feeling”. Daughter took a deep breath and said ” oh ! thank you mom from solving my confusion” .She kissed her and said ” ok mom good night its too late already ” .

But mother was not done she continued “Do you know their is one more demand of your age “. She replied with a big question mark on her face ” no ” .Mother take a deep breath as if she is going to share something important and proceed ” your age demand veil and its mandatory from Allah (S.A.W). Daughter replied in a low voice “yes, but mother don’t you think i am still too young for this “. She paused and then continue “I feel shy”. Mother asked ” from whom ” she replied “i feel shy from my friends , my van mates and my cousins, they might make fun of me “

Mother hold her hand and look straight in her eyes and asked “don’t you feel shy from Allah(S.A.W) for not fulfilling his command”. She stopped to see her daughters reaction but their was a complete silence ” and if you feel that you are too young for this then  just do one thing. Go to your bed , close your eyes and give this whole excuse for not wearing face veil to Allah(S.A.W) “.  Then she tap her daughters head and left her alone to think about what she left to think.
