It was narrated from Abu Sa’eed al-Khduri that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever reads Soorat al-Kahf on Friday, he will be illuminated with light between the two Fridays.” Narrated by al-Haakim; classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Targheeb, 836
Virtue of day of Jumuah

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَمُوتُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ أَوْ لَيْلَةَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلاَّ وَقَاهُ اللَّهُ فِتْنَةَ الْقَبْرِ

Abdullah bin Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “No Muslim dies on the day of Jumuah, nor the night of Jumuah, except that Allah protects him from the trials of the grave.”

حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا جو شخص جمعہ کے دن یا جمعہ کی رات کو فوت ہوتا ہے تو اللہ تعالیٰ اسے قبر کے فتنے سے محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔
